Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
  • Products with missing parts or accessories not due to our error.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items where stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request promptly.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for return instructions from our customer support team.
  3. Ship the approved return within 7 days after receiving the return instructions.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

After your returned item passes inspection, your refund will be approved.

Since Slot Game One accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed refund method.

Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
